The problem
Teams decide whether to use AI for a whole workflow at once. But when you break the workflow into its individual steps, the answer is a little more complicated. Some steps are safe to hand over. Others lead to a slow erosion of your team's skills.
The approach
You describe the workflow and split it into its actual steps. Each step gets a short quiz, scored into one of five verdicts: use AI, use AI with a human checking it, keep it with the team, define the process before touching AI, or don't use AI here. When a step is both the easiest to automate and the one your team learns the most from doing, it gets flagged as the Trap, with guidance on what to put in place before you hand it over.
